The short version

• You own your content. We host it.
• Pay your bill, you keep the service.
• Do not use the platform for anything illegal or to host content that harms guests.
• Cancel anytime. We keep your guides active through the end of any in-progress stay.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Pro and Portfolio plans get SLA credits for downtime.

Liability

Liability capped at 12 months of fees paid. We carry $5M in errors-and-omissions insurance.

Changes

We will email 30 days before any material terms change.
